Concilio extends an invitation to families across the Philadelphia area to come out and celebrate with us as we host the highly anticipated Annual Three King’s Day event, taking place Saturday, January 9th, 2021, from 11 am until 2 pm.
Three Kings Day is a traditional Latino celebration and serves as an opportunity to showcase our culture, pride, and appreciation to our families. In light of health precautions, Concilio will host the families with a community parade that will begin in our parking lot on Front & Hunting Park through Wyoming to 9th Street and back to Hunting Park into our parking lot. It will be a day filled with enjoyable music and light refreshments and there will also be a presentation of the Three Kings, who will help distribute gifts via drive-thru—gifts we hope to raise with the aid of our valued friends and supporters.
Donations boxes have been placed at a variety of different locations in congruence with some of our community partners such as 25th Police District and Boricua Restaurant, as well as inside our agency. As this charitable process continues, our goal is to raise enough gifts for 500 children, ranging in age from infant to 18 years old.
Interested in donating?
Your support in our toy drive will greatly benefit our children who are served through our various programs that make for a very special holiday during difficult times. Donations are being accepted via toy(s), gift cards (for our teens), or monetary donations. – There is no donation too small.
