Philadelphia, PA — Thousands of community members gathered at LOVE Park for Concilio’s Annual Hispanic Fiesta, one of Philadelphia’s premier celebrations of Hispanic heritage, culture, and community. Hosted in partnership with Wawa Welcome America, the annual festival brought together families, community leaders, performers, and visitors from across the region for a day filled with music, dance, food, and opportunities to celebrate the traditions that continue to strengthen Philadelphia’s diverse communities.
Presented by GOYA Foods, Concilio’s Annual Hispanic Fiesta showcased the richness and diversity of Hispanic cultures through live entertainment, cultural performances, community resources, and family-friendly activities. The celebration provided attendees with an opportunity to honor their roots, connect with one another, and experience the many traditions that make the Hispanic community vibrant.
The festival featured an exciting lineup of performances, including Swing de Guille, Palante, Estilo, Ritmos Unidos, Aserecó, and Los Pueblitos, leading up to a spectacular headlining performance by internationally recognized Puerto Rican artist Olga Tañón. Her high-energy performance brought thousands of attendees together for an unforgettable celebration of music and culture.
Keeping the celebration moving throughout the day were masters of ceremony Rumba, Maria del Pilar from La Mega, and anchors from NBC10 and Telemundo 62, who welcomed guests, highlighted performers, and recognized the many sponsors, partners, and community organizations that helped make the event possible.
One of the day’s most memorable moments was the recognition of GOYA Foods in honor of its 90th Anniversary. Philadelphia City Councilwoman Quetcy Lozada presented GOYA with an official City Council citation recognizing the company’s decades-long commitment to serving Hispanic communities and its continued impact both locally and across the nation.
“Concilio’s Annual Hispanic Fiesta is more than a celebration. It is a reflection of the strength, resilience, and cultural pride of our community,” said Hil Walker, Interim CEO of Concilio. “For generations, Hispanic communities have contributed so much to the fabric of Philadelphia, and this event allows us to honor those traditions while creating a space where families, neighbors, and partners can come together.”
