- Vendors are expected to be self-sufficient and use manually operated carts or dollies. Motorized carts or vehicles are not allowed at LOVE Park, except in designated parking areas. Concilio is not obligated to assist vendors. An authorized Concilio staff member must be present during set-up. Registration and set-up times will be confirmed in the logistics letter from Concilio’s Marketing Team.
- Vendors must start dismantling their operations and cleaning up their site by 7:00 p.m. Operations must stop completely by 8:00 p.m., and all vendors, crafters, and sponsors must vacate LOVE Park by 9:00 p.m. Failure to comply may result in staff overtime charges. These times are subject to logistical changes.
- The use of electric generators on City property is not permitted.
- Vendors can advertise only within their designated 10 x 10 space. Any vendor seen traveling around the event grounds promoting their company will be asked to leave immediately.
- Tents must be branded, or an additional cost will be incurred.
- Parking is not included.

Concilio and the City of Philadelphia reserve the right to eject vendors not in compliance with guidelines.
Vendors can sell culturally relevant items that complement Concilio’s Annual Hispanic Fiesta 2026 atmosphere. Vendors will refrain from selling illegal and/or counterfeit items, including mixed tapes and/or CDs. No refunds are given if illegal sales are found on the premises.
Vendors will refrain from selling items that are profane or offensive.
The sale of tobacco, alcohol, and illegal substances (and paraphilia) is strictly prohibited. No refunds if ejected from the premises for unlawful sales.
Vendors will refrain from selling items that cause excess litter and damage to the City of Philadelphia, such as (but not limited to) air horns, confetti, fireworks, and silly string.
Vendors with music must keep their music at a volume that does not interfere with neighboring vendors and must not disrupt the event overall.
Vendors must not wander the property distributing any promotional materials.
Vendors must utilize the rental space as provided and stay within their footprint for that area.
DAMAGE TO CONCILIO AND CITY OF PHILADELPHIA PROPERTY
Vendors will be held liable for any and all damages or theft caused by them or their agents to any of Concilio and City property including the following: Tents, tables, chairs, landscaping, masonry, booths, fountains, stage sound and equipment, radio equipment, fixtures, and dressing rooms.
