Lourdes Hernandez is currently Senior Analyst and Community Outreach Manager for PECO’s Universal Services Department. In her role, Ms. Hernandez works extensively with civic, business and community leaders to raise awareness about PECO’s Customer Assistance Programs. Lourdes is also President of the Organization of Latinos at Exelon (OLE). In her previous role, Ms. Hernandez worked in PECO’s Human Resources Department as Leadership Development Program Manager for Exelon’s First-Line Supervisor Development Program and managed Exelon’s Employee Survey Program. Prior to joining PECO/Exelon, Lourdes worked for Booz, Allen & Hamilton as Production Manager for their Market Research Division.
Lourdes’ professional memberships include the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD), and the International Institute of Business Analysis (ILBA). Lourdes is very active in her community and has served as an Advisory Board Member for the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) and is a current board member of both the Local Chapter and National Chapter of the National Conference of Puerto Rican Women (NACOPRW).
Lourdes holds a B.S. in Management from Rosemont College and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini College. Lourdes and her family currently reside in Philadelphia, PA.
