In his role as Chief Diversity Officer, Mr. Rodriguez is responsible for providing vision and leadership that promotes an institutional culture that values, supports and advances diversity and inclusion at all levels of the University through strategic planning, campus-wide education, and trainings, co-curricular initiatives that support and promote the positive and inclusive engagement of everyone and cross-campus collaboration. Mr. Rodriguez has over 27 years of experience as a student advocate in academic settings including The Pennsylvania State University and Cabrini University.
Mr. Rodriguez brings a wealth of knowledge in diversity and serving minority youth in secondary education. Originally from New York, Mr. Rodriguez has been living in the Philadelphia area for nearly 30 years and resides in Radnor, PA.
