| Adiós al Cigarillo. Tobacco abuse is a significant health problem in the Latino community. Through a partnership with the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, Concilio operates two programs designed to reduce the use of tobacco and tobacco products among Philadelphia Latinos. The Latino Cessation Partner program conducts outreach to adults for an in-house tobacco cessation program. |
