| A primary prevention program that educates pregnant and recently delivered mothers about the risk of lead exposure to their unborn and newborn child. Staff conducts on-sight swipe tests and chemical tests on food containers and tableware, especially, imported ceramics glazed with leaded glazes in common use by Mexican and Central-American populations. |
