Immunizations Services

| In collaboration with the Department
of Public Health, Concilio is a key player in the education of families
about preventable childhood diseases. By providing immunization services to
children between birth and six years of age, Concilio promotes the healthy
growth of children, particularly in the North Philadelphia area.

program offers: home visits, immunizations follow-up, referrals to
medical facilities, community health workshops, and transportation
of children to medical facilities. |
